my only advice is you need to get ac in there . Been there twice and it was extremely hot and stuffy . And the thumping of music from the next business is so annoying when you’re sick maybe add some music or a tv to drown it out . Everyone was nice and attentive . Thank you
New to town & saw that POUC was near by & not busy. I called ahead n receptionist was inviting & in good spirits despite it being 5P on a Friday eve. Doctor Cory was knowledgeable, kind & professional, support staff Tony & Danasia were responsive and positive. What I also liked was the app-based enrollment process when you arrive. Quick, efficient & surprising streamlined with extraneous questions like “do you smoke?” eliminated. I feel like your exp of Urgent Care can feel like anything from 7-Eleven to Target. POUC felt like Dunkin—straight forward n satisfying; getting what I came for with no issues.
After I was finished with my x-ray, I forgot to grab my glasses. My. Nurse was so kind enough to run out into the parking lot before I entered my car to leave. I feel like that was the nicest gesture could’ve been done. I appreciated it so much ??
