Talking about customers in their language, and they all start looking at you, very DISRESPECTFUL!! Did a bad job on my lashes looking like Mr snuffleupagus from sesame Street and have the nerve to ask me what is wrong with my lashes. They act like they're doing you a favor and you're paying them. They really don't care about customer satisfaction it's all about them getting their money and I'm all set with them I'll spend my money elsewhere.

Sad to say, I was a big fan of this neighborhood gem, but they've officially lost my business. They are a prime example of go where you're appreciated, not tolerated. I returned to get a nail repair 3 times in 2 days, and still, it wasn't done (shame on me for wasting my time). A 10 minute repair! You've waxed my eyebrows in less time than it would have taken someone to fix the nail.

Please don’t go here and they do is talk about people and get mad when you want something done your way and get mad if you change your mind about something you want. They don’t do nail all that’s good. And once someone walked into the shop they start going all fast just so the person won’t leave save your money and you can tell they don’t like black people
