They do great with Knowles's braids since my daughter was 5 and so patient with my son even at 18months. The pricing is adorable. I wish it was easier to book an appointment but I get online booking can be frustrating with clients booking the wrong thing or wasting time no showing booked times.

The ladies in there were wonderful. They work hand and hand sometimes with washing to help each other out. One hair dresser turned on some wonderful music to get the place even more going on a Amazon Alexa lol. I would suggest calling ahead to make sure there's no hiccups with your appointment.

I called Flawless on Friday morning around 11ish and asked if they had any availability for Fulani braids, the lady told me to go in 12:30. I got there before 12:30, and sat down. Stephanie immediately asked if I had an appt and I replied yes I do 12:30 with Zilena. I sat and waited for a lil bit then Zilena came to get me and started my hair, must I say Zilena is a beast and I recommend her to anyone that wants their hair braided, it took a lil while but not once did she show she was frustrated or annoyed! I will definitely go there again and again!
