My family has been going to BAH for years with my childhood dog and now that i have animals of my own i started bringing them there too. I wish i could leave 10 stars for them, every single person that works in the office is so patient, understanding and compassionate. This past year has been a rollercoaster with my cats unexpected health problems and there has been a handful of emergency visits/after hour calls. They not only prioritize my cats health, but they always make sure i am okay with everything that goes on as well. I am moving in a couple weeks to North Carolina and i will say, parting ways with BAH will be the most difficult part of the move.

There just aren't enough words to describe my gratitude and thankfulness to a wonderful bunch of caregivers at this Animal Hospital. They were and are there during life's most difficult moments in a pet parent's life. We are always amazed at how the animals respond to Dr. Huffenus. We have dubbed him the cat and dog whisperer. Seriously. The staff are knowledgeable, supportive and empathetic. They were there helping us when we didn't know that our little 4 1/2 pound curly Chihuahua swallowed a tiny piece of grill brush. Until today a visit to the vet was riddled with anxiety for both my dog and I. Both our tech Megan and the veterinarian, Dr. Huffenus were beyond patient with my fearful guy, they even sat on the floor with him! By the end of the visit they were able to complete the wellness check, vaccinations and even drew blood without stressing out my dog or utilizing the muzzle I’ve had to use at previous vets. I was in complete disbelief! consider us lifetime patients.
