I normally don't write reviews, but I was super impressed and have to give these guys a shout out.I shattered both panes of glass on the lower sash of large window, and everybody I called told me it couldn't be fixed and quoted me exorbitant prices for an ENTIRE window replacement, except for Greg.I texted him pictures of the window and he was super straightforward about the cost/time estimate up front (way, way less than a full replacement). Only a few days later, he came at the drop of a hat to put the window back together for me and even replaced some of the old hardware. What a wonderful service. Prompt, great communication, reasonable prices, and made things so convenient by coming to me and then bringing my window back. Could not be happier - it's rare these days to get real service, and when I do I so appreciate it. Thank you!!!!
Greg was efficient, knowledgeable and did terrific work on our front door. We had a few issues with an old/restored wooden front door, I called Greg and he was able to fix the issue on the same day. We are planning to have windows restored with Greg in the spring.
