The cleaning guy came and was super professional and courteous. One thing you might want to realize is they seem to be open for negotiating and haggling. We started with a price for just a steaming and when he came through, he tried to upsell us a bit. We agreed on the upsells and were able to negotiate the price. This isn't a bait and switch as I've seen some reviews say. You literally get the price for just a steaming, and if you want a deeper service, you should expect to pay for it.
