“My little dope snapped his toenail off today and we came in because our regular vet was booked up. Staff was super helpful, informative, and most of all gentle and sweet with my boy. Despite being in pain he had his tail wagging and wanting belly rubs when they came in the room and was so happy with the tech he would have probably gone home with her ? Hopefully we're not back anytime soon though. 10/10“

“Forgive me for the lengthy review, but I believe this is worth the read if you also have a cat who tends to be a bit difficult to examine due to their anxiety.I have been bringing my cats to TCH for a little while now, and I can't give enough praise for the level of exceptional care they ALWAYS provide. A recent visit with one of my cats, who is very defensive when in an unfamiliar place, compelled me to write a review. If you are a new cat parent or are looking to switch from a previous location, TCH is the place to go!My cat is a sweetheart, but like many, she becomes anxious/upset in unfamiliar environments. She gets overwhelmed easily and tends to lash out as a result. I've had less-than-pleasant encounters at a different clinic where the staff seemed uninterested in finding a way to work with my grouchy girl. I try to be understanding because I understand that burnout is very real when it comes to this profession... With that said, it was a different story at TCH, especially because of Dr. Abby Fitzgerald and Cat.Dr. Fitzgerald and Cat were incredibly patient, calm, and gentle with my girl. They truly went above and beyond, taking extra measures such as moving slowly, speaking quietly, and even doing my cat's examinations on the FLOOR to ensure she felt less exposed and overwhelmed on the exam table. TCH also makes use of FELIWAY-infused towels as well as FELIWAY diffusers, which has been shown to have calming effects on cats.The result? A surprisingly smooth experience. Although she gave a couple of hisses and swats, she was far more cooperative than in previous experiences. In the past (at different clinics), my girl would run and hide under the bed for hours after a visit to the vet as she would be so anxious. But, at our TCH visit? She walked out of her carrier and took a nap on the cat tree as if nothing ever happened when we came home. She also didn't say a "word" on the car ride back home (she is often vocal in the car, as she was very displeased on our commute TO the clinic).The TCH team, including Dr. Zilinski and Dr. Lovelace who have also seen/treated my other cats, are consistently kind, caring, and welcoming to questions. Bryana and Julie have also become familiar faces to my cats, and their hard work and presence is always appreciated. My family and I are always cautious with who we trust with our fluffy family members, and I can confidently say that I can put my trust in anyone at TCH when it comes to the well-being of my cats.In summary, TCH stands out as the kindest, most patient, and most trustworthy team for your cats. They go above and beyond to make it a smooth experience for anxious cats, and all while keeping everyone safe. Oh, and don't forget to say hello to the adorable resident cat, Babyface!“

“Bonnie (and Erin) came to examine my 12 year old 120# Yellow Lab Cooper yesterday. I can't say enough good things about their service. Bonnie was recommended by Cooper's former Vet due to the fact it's very difficult and stressful to Coop to get him in the car for a visit to the Vet's office. The exam was very thorough and I felt as if they were caring for their own pet. They cleaned his ears, checked him from head to toe and gave me some solution to help with a growth on his back. Great service and very nice folks!“

“Dr. Veira and staff took such good care of my baby Zayne yesterday. He had 4 mass removals and they made sure every question and concern I had was thoroughly addressed. Julie especially, thank you again. Julie has a heart of gold and you can certainly tell by how she cares for customers and more importantly their pets comfort and wellness. The front desk staff is also amazing. Kindness is hard to find these days. You are all so appreciated. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart. “Dr. McAdam and her team are absolutely top notch!! I have only been lucky enough to use her services once. When my mother's cat wasn't eating, we brought her to South Shore Animal Services as a second opinion after spending an extraordinary amount over multiple visits at another vet and coming to no resolution. Within minutes of the appointment, Dr. M identified a likely tumor in the cat's abdomen by touch (using her hands). X-rays confirmed the worst and our cat is now over the rainbow bridge.In this sensitive moment, Dr. M and team went above and beyond to comfort my elderly mother and make her cat as comfortable as possible in her last moments. This combination of endless compassion for both humans and animals involved combined with the knowledgeable, high quality care is not something to take for granted. “Wonderful Vets and staff. They take the best care of my dog and take the time to research and explain things to me. They are great at accommodating my dogs schedule when possible. I have been bringing my dogs to them for 20 years. I moved out of state and still bring my dog to them!“

“Came across this review and had to set the record straight. Found Dr. Haddad, then owner of North Main St Veterinary Clinic, in the early 90's and never looked back. Had been to veterinarians in Canton, Sharon, Stoughton, Randolph and Weymouth, but NMSV was where we stayed for 3 decades, thanks to Dr. Haddad and his very remarkable staff. Dr. Haddad never overcharged, but often, under charged for his services. Always received multi pet discounts and was never discouraged from piggy backing visits to save money and that we did, but more importantly, we received top notch care. He likely wasn't the best businessman, but he was far an away the best and most dedicated and caring veterinarian.A very humble and hard working man, he stayed on after selling to VCN. Through personal and physical issues he worked far past retirement because he cared so deeply. He is a dedicated vet who served out country in the 25th infantry division in Vietnam. Dedicated to caring for military dogs to this day. There aren't enough stars to properly award this outstanding veterinarian and human being. For ever grateful for the care he provided all our loves.“

“The staff at Taunton cat hospital are so welcoming, sweet and amazing at what they do. Their understanding of cats needs is unparalleled and the cozy atmosphere of the place is appreciated by me and my kitties alike. It’s the only place I’ll bring my babies.“

“My family has been going to BAH for years with my childhood dog and now that i have animals of my own i started bringing them there too. I wish i could leave 10 stars for them, every single person that works in the office is so patient, understanding and compassionate. This past year has been a rollercoaster with my cats unexpected health problems and there has been a handful of emergency visits/after hour calls. They not only prioritize my cats health, but they always make sure i am okay with everything that goes on as well. I am moving in a couple weeks to North Carolina and i will say, parting ways with BAH will be the most difficult part of the move.“

“Dr. Donohue and staff treated and cared for my dog with an excellent outcome. Staff were friendly, attentive, thorough and clear with all consents, instructions and expectations in regard to all appointments, exams and procedures. Provided all needed medications and answered all questions. Clean environment promoting health safety. My pets tumor was removed in a timely manner with a positive outcome. Services are somewhat costly but everything is these days. Thank you Dr. Donohue and ladies.“

Dr. Cowe and their team are full of bright, caring, genuine people who have left an imprint on my heart on how well they take care of my dog (and me) Every single person who was working on 11/6/23 I need to personally thank. “I absolutely love this place. Very clean and accommodating. Also very reasonable cost. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Tedie is knowledgeable, kind, and isn't in a rush to get you out of there. He answers any and all questions you might have. I had my cats at a different vet but ended up bringing my fur babies here.“

“I love the staff here. Igor (12 1/2 years old pug) has back leg issues and I reach out to Animotion when an other dog owner recommended them. They are great with Igor and he is doing better. I am so happy I found them.“

“We've taken 3 cats and a puppy here over the past 3 years and we love Dr Saxon and her staff. They were pleasant to us and kind to our babies. I'm sorry to read about the negative experiences. Not offering any excuses, but all the veterinarians offices we've encountered in the past have always operated under a high level of stress. Maybe that's why they have limited hours now.“
