0 stars isn't an option. We are on auto-renew and they let us run out then it took hours upon hours on hold until the end of the day with no help so had to call back the next day and wait hours upon hours on hold to get someone out to refill. PATHETIC.

I'd give zero stars if I could. This company is a dumpster fire run by a bunch of crooks. I was just charged $180 for not using 250 gallons of propane between 10/22 and 10/23. I bought a heat pump to help save money on heating. Anything to screw more money out your custermers I guess. I have had other issues with this company in the past. Do not use this company, they are just terrible. Osterman Propane you guys truly suck.

Edit: finally heard back on the phone from a lady per "Chris' and was told the company decided to increase the minimum usage fee over 100% (75 up to 180) but that no documentation was sent out to update this nor a contract update to alert customers.Sadly I've run into more and more problems with fees, varying minumum usage fees without clarification on the calculation of the amount, poor communication etc, since they sold out to Superior Plus Propane. Last time I was charged $75 MUF for 104.2 gallons of propane, this year I was just charged $180 for using only 105.9. So the math doesn't match up, which is also not stated in the contract to be able to figure out the...read full review
