Jim was awesome! He did a great job installing our thermostat, and he took his time explaining how everything worked. As a newer home owner, I really appreciated that Jim went out of his way to explain how everything worked with our HVAC system, and gave us recommendations for how to maintain and improve the systems. I called today for help because our ac stopped working and was beyond our ability to fix or even identify the problem. The timing worked out perfectly and Jim came right over. I thought we would have to wait forever but we got super lucky. That never happens!! He found the problem quickly and fixed it quickly and the price was reasonable!
