5/5 stars – customer care, speed, reliability, professionalism, value. I called First Response Restoration after a basement flood and was impressed by their expert, prompt, and efficient team. They arrived quickly, were very reliable and professional, and handled the water damage restoration and mold remediation with great skill. The crew communicated clearly, worked hard, and left the our office clean and dry. I highly recommend them for any emergency water cleanup or flood damage repair. Great team!

Craig and his team were amazing! They could not have been nicer or did a better job. The only reason I am giving him 4 stars is due to his contractor recommendation of Zach Souza of bayside restoration. It has been a year and he has walked if the job 3 times. They use third party people that do not speak English, can’t communicate and for the most part, the work was beyond awful. It’s a shame that such an amazing company is affiliated and recommended such an awful contractor.
