“We recently had issues with our automatic handicap door on the front of our building. This door is wired into our security access system. We had 3 companies come out to look at the problem. The issue was, when the fire alarm was tested the doors were suppose to open for our smoke evacuation system. They did not. Our access control company could not figure out a solution either. NEAD came out and within 10 minutes, the door was working perfectly. The technicial was very polite and knew the answer immediately. He told the access control company that he didn't need anymore wires ran and the access control tech was confused. He completely rewired the door and added a control board. We will use NEAD at all of our locations. Professional and unbelievably competent!!!!“
