I just wanted to leave a quick review on Claude Dubord & Sons septic service. This was my first time dealing with a septic tank. They showed up first thing in the morning as I was unprepared. I promised I would have my lids dug out. I thought I marked out my tank lids last week. Turns out they were just rocks. I apologized for not being ready and told him I’d reschedule when I found them. The driver patiently said “don’t worry, I’ll help you find them.” He found both lids within minutes without having any house plans. I initially reached out to this Company as for a local resident, I wanted to be sure we had quick access to the history and records for our system pumping.. we were pleased, and received Great services all around. From scheduling to actual day of pumping. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job at time of pick up. I highly recommend Dubord & Sons, Inc.

Had our first septic issue, called them last night after hours, got a call right back. They were here at 8am fixing it. Not once did they ask if we were a "current customer" they just came and helped! Great price too! Thank you so much Claude Dubord & Sons!
