“I have to update my review for the Pampering Mermaid Skin Care to add the appointment that I had with Kelly today. 05/31/2024 I don't like spending money; no one does. But I have to tell you this is a very inexpensive way to make yourself feel so much better. Today I had a Vita Cura Anti-Aging Facial with Micro Peel. The facial has left me feeling wonderful to put it mildly. I also had my lower legs and underarms waxed. So surprised that it did not hurt! And I continue to speak so highly of Kelly. Kelly is such a wonderful person, polite, caring, sympathetic, full of empathy for chubby people and respects privacy needs. I plan to go back soon for a paraffin wax for my feet. For every $10 I spend with Kelly I am going to donate $5 to places like St. Jude's, MSPCA/ARL and Friends of Falmouth dogs. I realize that spending money on myself, when there are so many critters and people that need help, is selfish. Hopefully my donations will help me in my mind to make up for some of it. “Britta and her team were wonderful and so accommodating and welcoming! Our group of friends just celebrated a 40th birthday at the spa this past Saturday and I can't say enough good things about the service we received. Not only did Britta promptly return my initial phone call, but she was thorough and detailed throughout our entire booking process, working with me patiently as I finalized details, and ultimately sending along a detailed itinerary to make sure our afternoon ran smoothly. Our group of 6 was split into two groups for services which was totally fine (and even appreciated) because they let us take over the 1st floor waiting area (and bring snacks and decorations) and we had time to chat and catch up. Jen at the front desk greeted us with a smile, and was helpful and attentive, yet appropriately removed to let us do our thing. We had a mix of facials and massages (and even one last minute manicure) - all good. Really - this was an awesome set up for our group of friends and a perfect kick off to our girl's weekend.“

“I went to Newbury St Salon for the first time and it was such a wonderful experience. McKenna was my stylist and she was so friendly and knowledgeable. She understood exactly what I wanted and helped me work out my style preferences. I got a haircut with long layers and it turned out great! My wash and blow dry was perfect too and I left feeling beautiful :) Would certainly reccomend!
