We have been very happy with both the service and quality of work provided by SeaBreeze Home Construction. The owners, Amanda and Mitchel, are very thorough, fair and knowledgeable. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great. Mitchel discovered some rot in the existing house member requiring some replacement work. This was accomplished without impacting the schedule. The next project was a full bathroom renovation, which also came out great. We selected and purchased the fixtures and tile. Amanda and team were great to work with - very responsive. Replaced 2 decks on our summer cottages. Couple small issues were resolved immediately without haggling which is key when finding a partner to do this kind of work. Will work with them again!

We had a fairly large project and Seabreeze worked with us through the entire process, involving fine-tuning the design plans, demolition of an existing garage and porch; and rebuilding a new garage, mudroom, porch and expanded living room. Amanda and Mitchell are easy to work with, responsive to questions/changes, organized, and attentive to detail and design. Mitchell is a meticulous craftsman and a perfectionist. Their sub-contractors were all excellent - came when scheduled, did their jobs well and were friendly. Amanda oversaw everything making sure everything was done the right way.
