The fan to my NexGen never worked and the issue was never resolved. They also took my stainless steel chimney cap when they installed and when I asked for it back they never responded. Very disappointed with the decision to go with Rose Forge.

No stars! Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. No return phone calls or emails for weeks and months, lost parts, extra charges! Three years later after losing parts and then trying to charge me extra for them still without my fireplace completed. The manufacturer (Travis Industries) of their fireplaces stick with the lies told to them by owner Terry and are useless in providing any support or warranty information. May have been a reasonable company in the past but no longer! Take your chances if you really don’t need your fireplace for at least three years. I cut ties after that long trying to make it work and found professionals elsewhere who know how to run a business... read full review

This is the worse company to do business with. Terry at Rose Forge, as so many reviews suggest, does not answer her phone, does not return calls or emails. Don’t waste your money or time!
