This is the worse company to do business with. Terry at Rose Forge, as so many reviews suggest, does not answer her phone, does not return calls or emails. Don’t waste your money or time!
My elderly parents bought an expensive gas furnace insert for their fireplace. They have had issues with it from the start, primarily with windy conditions blowing out the pilot light. Rose Forge took care of that problem, but my parents have since had issues with the remote control. Those issues may or may not be user error on the part of my parents, but we will never know because Rose Forge does not answer their phone nor do they respond to emails. My parents are having to try to track down other solutions, which is difficult for those comfortable navigating around the internet, let alone folks in their 80s. I visited early spring and tried to figure out the remote, but could not. I emailed with specific questions about the remote and haven’t heard back in a month. My subsequent email hasn’t gotten a response either. Hard to tell if they are still even in business. I do not recommend spending money with this company and wish my parents had used a different company.
