“We have been very happy with both the service and quality of work provided by SeaBreeze Home Construction. The owners, Amanda and Mitchel, are very thorough, fair and knowledgeable. After purchasing a home that needed lots of updating, we hired SeaBreeze to build a new deck which came out great. Mitchel discovered some rot in the existing house member requiring some replacement work. This was accomplished without impacting the schedule. The next project was a full bathroom renovation, which also came out great. We selected and purchased the fixtures and tile. Amanda and Mitchel did everything else, including subcontracting the electrical, plumbing and a minor amount of roofing for the vent fan. We've also had SeaBreeze replace some windows and the shingle siding around them. In all, we are very happy with SeaBreeze and have already asked them to quote some siding and flashing work around a chimney. We hope to continue doing business with them as needs arise.“

“Moved to the beautiful town of Brewster MA on Cape Cod last year with my son. New school, new town and a post and beam home on 2 acres that just needed the right people and a lot of love. We had contractors lie, steal, and cheat us. One day Aleks came to our rock wall and skipped the stairs. This I later realized was significant. Climbed on down with authority and then we took a walk. I told her of all my whoes, anxieties and nightmares I had been dealing with. The guy who all his life had been trained to and thought he could foresee all the problems of a project with neck deep and drowning. She listened and said exactly the right things and I felt they came from the heart. She is kind, understanding, methodical, patient, sharp, organized, genuine and tactical. This is the 3rd rehab home my son and I have struggled through and I feel a great weight has been lifted. You would have to meet her to understand what I mean.
