I first heard about Myofascial Release in Canada where I was receiving treatment, this past month! I was seeing a terrific Myofascial Release practitioner there,who had met Ann,while taking a training course! She highly recommended Ann Ellis! Ann is a Gifted practitioner! I have a health condition and a fighting for my life! My body hurts , in many places! Ann is intuitive , extremely knowledgeable , very considerate, to how I feel and gentle! Just today, I had a lot of emotions released too which in turn caused a lot to be released physically! Amazing!!!A lot is released during a session yet I melt into the table, by the end of the session. She is worth the , 40 minute, drive that I make, twice a week! I am so thankful for being introduced to Ann.

My visit to Myofascial Release Cape Cod was my first experience with MFR therapy - Ann was professional, caring, informative, and very skilled at what she does. I definitely plan on making MFR sessions with her part of my wellness routine.
