So up until a couple of months ago, I have been going to this salon religiously every 2-3 months for the 4 YEARS - I used to see Diana who has not worked there for the past 2 years, then I switched to Hannah who always does a fabulous job! A few months back, my nails were done by another technician and the job was not well done, took pictures sent it to them, they apologized, asked me if I could come back to the salon for them to clean it - I told them I had a flight to catch and that I could not go come back. They told me they would give me 20% off on my next service. Next service, got Hannah - who did fabulous, got my 20% off, tipped well as usual. For the past couple of weeks, I have been trying to book an appointment. They have disabled my account on vagaro which means that I am not able to schedule an apt there. When I called, some lady picked up and told me that they could not help me and then hung up. Tried to call the next day - call goes straight to voicemail. " The person I am trying to reach is not available, and I am not able to leave a message, good bye". For 2 weeks I have called - same message. So using my sister's facebook account, I sent them a message about wanting to book an apt, identified myself, at 1st they couldn't find me in the system, and then they told me they found me but never told me anything after that. When I sent another message the next day, following up - I got an interesting message back about me having a "history of being dissatisfied with their services and so they do not think their salon was a good fit for both me and their technicians" - I was flabbergasted. Like I have mentioned before this is a place I go to every 2 months, for the past 4 years! Since its early days, I always see Vivian who is the owner, who is always VERY nice, always asking me how I am doing, long time, no see etc - I moved to Dorchester 3 years ago - I still drive to Braintree to get my nails done. This is how SATISFIED I was with their services and specifically Hannah!! I am VERY DISAPPOINTED AS to the way this business is conducting BUSINESS as of lately - will be posting pics documenting everything I just told you up there. smh - VERY DISAPPOINTED and I am honestly very confused, this isn't something I would expect from Vivian because on our brief conversations she has always appeared cordial and customer oriented. I continue to be confused, I am writting this very UNPROFESSIONAL experience I am having with this place that I have been faithful for for 4 years!
Trendy Nails is by far one of the best! They are so professional and detailed - you don’t feel rushed at all. It’s also easy to book with them online, and the salon is extremely clean.
