I have been going here for years and only here - the kiosk. The woman working told me one of my eyebrows was thinner than the other - I couldn't see the difference, but if it was it was their doing. Now they are different! They are so thin - one more than the other. She was on the phone the whole time, talking on her ear piece. I will be finding a new place as I think she was distracted and did a bad job!
Customer service is terrible. I asked her to clean up the ends of my eyebrows and she took off half of my eyebrow. When I complained and asked for a coupon off for my next service she just told me no. I would understand if I asked for a refund but she clearly took off my eyebrow and refused to do anything to rectify the problem. I wouldn't go here if you want customer service or good eyebrows
I don't love or hate this place. It's just ok for what it is. The eyebrow threading leaves much to be desired because not everyone who works there does good eyebrows. They also don't listen when it comes to the type is shape you want. I've never had my brows ruined here. They usually just come out decent.
