Has a 2nd inner door issue with the butterfly intercom system. Justin and Jim diagnosed and fixed the issue. Very professional and knowledgeable technicians.

Awesome experience. I am a small business in a commercial shopping mall. We had a problem with our door lock wearing down over time and it needed to be replaced. We called one company who came out and was not able to finish the job. We ended up being in an emergency and not being able to lock the door of our business at 7pm. So I called the Flying Locksmiths, who we should have called from the beginning.
They arrived within 30 minutes and had the door repaired within an hour. They found some other things wrong with the door hinges and gave us a quote for a full door repair.

Forest was able to analyze our ongoing problem and discussed several solutions.He demonstrated an understanding of older homes and their unique issues.Once we decided a course of action, he was able to quickly and efficiently implement corrective actions.I would highly recommend him if you have an older home and having difficulty with door locks.
