I just want to take a moment to express how much I love Logan and Landon's pediatrician. I have officially become that mother that comes in for a routine check up with a list of concerns that make the rest of the appointments run late it's happened twice now... But Dr. Jonathan Brenner is amazing. He has never made me feel rushed, answers and explains every question and concern I have super thoroughly, makes eye contact when talking to me and never makes me feel d*** for asking whatever I'm asking. I just really appreciate the time and care he puts into our appointment whenever we are there. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have always had a wonderful experience with them. Dr Brenner is wonderful and we love him. Very straightforward, knowledgeable and attentive to our concerns. Dr Saddel also was wonderful with us. I highly recommend this practice to have your little ones checked!

As a new mom, I truly had no idea what I was looking for in a pediatrician. I focused more on the office- proximity to home, could we get same day visits, would a nurse call me back in a timely manner- to answer all of these in regards to Milton Pediatrics: yes, yes, yes. Extremely user friendly, helpful admin staff, and the nurse in the Boston office, Amy, is wonderful. Now I will say- our experience with the doctors unfortunately did not get off to a great start. We had a rather "green" pediatrician (young, fresh out of residency or fellowship), I'm sure he's a great doctor but unfortunately he missed my son's milk allergy for 4 months- despite me sending multiple messages and photos of a rash I was concerned was related to a milk allergy. By the time we caught the allergy it was only because I insisted on further workup after being told all of my concerns were normal infant behavior- (after a while you stop calling with the same concern due to fear of seeming crazy but as mom's intuition proves- there's a reason the nagging feeling is there.) We unfortunately wound up in the ER because of an allergic reaction that was textbook and should have been caught from birth. Needless to say, we asked for a new doctor in the practice and we have been extremely happy since, hence the redeeming 4 stars. My son has gained weight in the last 2 weeks, found a formula that works, and is happy and thriving now. It's unfortunate that the first go round didn't work out but there's going to be a lack of quality sometimes and I don't think that represents the entire practice.
