My contractor did not speak English, therefore I was on the phone translating. The staff member on the phone with us was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I could not see him but I could feel his calmness and willingness to help through his tone. I appreciated that very much. I talked to my contractor afterwards and he said this was his go to store because people in the store were always helpful.

I read many of the reviews on this place and all I can say is you get what you pay for. I can't speak to the creepy employees and I think that the customer service could be a bit better but, I have purchased three different flooring products from LL flooring and so far, they have been great. Twice I purchased the highest end floor and they have held up beautifully. If you are going to buy a less than quality product you should expect to only get less than quality results. The third floor I bought was middle of the road and it is certainly wearing like a middle of the road product. The customer service was decent, not outstanding, the scheduling process was easy, and the installation was great. I did not have to wait long for anything so in my opinion I would buy here again.

Fine yet focus selection of affordable flooring. But be prepared to do your homework ahead of time, and know exactly what you want when you get there. Otherwise there's no real expert consultation available, staff really seem more concerned with getting you out the door.
