Grillo always does an excellent job cleaning my rugs. Pick up & delivery were right on schedule, and the 2 men who brought them back took great care to place them exactly where I wanted them. Highly recommended.

Grillo aims to please their customers ! It doesn't get better than this. My two carpets (one with a dog-mess smell) came back from their cleanings, smelling refreshed and clean but not perfumey at all. The pick-up and delivery were done professionally. The owner was a joy to speak with the two times that she contacted me. I HIGHLY recommend Grillo for rug cleaning.
