We have been served by the oil company Fawsett Energy for at least 12 years. We have a contract for auto delivery of the oil, a service plan for annual cleaning and tune up of our heating system, and a plan for replacing the oil tank in case it leaks (ours is very old).In these 12 years we have NEVER had any problems or issues. Central A/C would not come on. Called for service. Next day service by Mark was efficient and he explained every part of the work. We are very happy with Fawcet Energy (Scudder Taylor).
2 years ago when we were getting buried with snow the oil company we had been with for 10+ years refused to come down our long driveway anymore, leaving us high and dry and almost without oil. My husband called South Shore and they were here in a couple of days. I called them on Thursday last week saying I needed oil and they told me it probably wouldn't be until Tuesday. I said that was fine. That was before we knew how bad the storm was going to be so I wasn't in a panic. On Saturday morning at 7am there was a truck at my house, filling us to the brim, making sure we were all set before the big storm that ultimately dropped 18" inches of snow. Now THAT is what I call customer service!!!
