We've been going here since we moved to Boston and until recently, haven't really had an issue. The dry cleaning is pretty spot on, but the service isn't up to par. A few times now we've arrived 20-30 minutes before their closing time, only to find them closed - doors locked, lights off. Being a working professional, it's a terrible feeling when you've planned to pick a shirt up and wear it for a meeting the next day, only to find your dry cleaners has closed early...again. I sort of feel like it's "business 101", you just don't EVER close early. Customers have hundreds of dry cleaners to choose from, so unfortunately, we'll be finding a new one.

This dry cleaner sucks! So unprofessional. I brought a pair of pants there for the first time and they return it to me like it just came out of the dryer. I wonder if they actually pressed it. So disappointment

My family has been using this dry cleaners since it opened. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I dropped off a dress in june and like many others left my dress longer than 1 month. When i went to pick it up the woman informed me they do not have it and are not responsible because it was there longer tan 1 month.(my dress was there for 3 months ). She claimed someone picked it up. Well I DID NOT pick it up. She clearly gave my dress to someone else by mistake and will not refund the $60 I paid for the dress. This is terrible customer service as we have been loyal customers. She said If I could bring my slip in they would be able to track it. So i brought my slip in and she said they cannot track it because they only keep them for a certain amount of time. I think she tracked it down and realized she gave it someone or lost it and now wont admit it. TERRIBLE ! WILL NEVER RETURN THERE AGAIN !!!
