Great equipment and facility! Some of the best coaches around. Well rounded programming. But most importantly, super friendly and encouraging community of people. Highly recommended for both the newbie and experienced athlete :)

Solid gym to drop into when I was in town. Small space, but well-organized with good coaching. They had Concept2 bikes instead of Assault bikes.
