We just had our yearly review with Ed. Wow, what a difference a year makes! As a new office manager for this small but busy family medical practice, one of the items of concern for me was computer security. Coming from the corporate world, I definitely experienced shivers as I examined our equipment and security measures. America One Technologies was one of many computer companies that I reviewed. America One Technologies always shows a sense of urgency in resolving any IT issues that West Insurance has ever had. Always friendly and explanations are presented in a user-friendly way. They were a life saver during the beginning of Covid when many of us had to set up satellite offices in our homes. Ensuring that we had complete access to our Agency Management System from remote locations and helping us set up our home printers and fax servers. We would be lost without them.
