Hi My name is Elmer I'm elderly and I just want to say that this person E.B is clearly not a client my two senior pups have been groomed in Kristinas care for the last 6 years. they where talking to that same person when she was here brining my dogs in for me, she said clear please think bringing a unvaccinated pup to a vet would be the best bet that way the vet can do what's best for the dog and its needs. ( woman said the vet wouldn't do it) and got angry very childish. Grow up and let folks be good so much bad now a days we don't need to give bad reviews for good advice.

I had my cat groomed a couple times very satisfied with the work but not professional I have been given several appointments and they don’t show or call. Not sure why they don’t want the business.

I have been using this service since 2011, so 10 years and 3 fur babies later. I work in the medical field here in North Andover (the doctors park). It really gets to me how this great Grooming shop has to endure such ignorance of the factors of Covid-19 Virus, as a medical person and a client of 10 years with difficult dogs to handle and manage my Burmese mountain dog, my cockerpoo and believe it or not my chihuahua are a handful. All being said I had my appointment switched a few times due to the uptick in the virus, I have the great understanding of knowing why my appointment was changed.
