I recently used Marlene’s to clean about 90% of the carpet in our house. Mostly my entire 2nd floor and a room on the first floor that sees a lot of traffic.Candidly, the results were astonishing in the high traffic room, which was a light colored carpet with significant and obvious staining and discoloration. It was bad enough that I’d considered removing the carpet and putting down new flooring, but it looks so much better now.Upstairs was newer carpet, but the few small blemishes we’d had are gone and it looks brand new.Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend this business. I received great service from the staff on the phone when booking to the tech that came out and did the pumping. Will definitely use again and recommend. I was able to book an appointment very quickly. Sugar on top…. they brought along enough hose to avoid driving on my lawn….(unlike previous company used) Huge thanks for that!
