Be aware that the “free consultation “ is only if you want them to install the windows. Otherwise you are on your own. The endless popups that kept coming while I was using their build configurator to create a window to order online led me to believe otherwise.

The handle to our front door came off. I called, sent in serial #s, photos etc and was told that they will get back with a quote 6-8 business days. It has been 7 WEEKS after multiple text messages about "expediting" this order, "escalating this order". No sound/sign from them after texting several times. Stuck...because only Pella parts work on Pella items. No handy man can fix this and no hardware store carries parts. BEWARE.

Three months and still waiting for Pella to fix my brand new sliders and get me screens that fit. How is it possible to not have new expensive sliders fixed within a month? Where is the customer service? Can't even get someone to contact us via telephone. I don't think I will ever buy from Pella again!
