“Clean, soft calm setting. I was greeted immediately by Callie in a friendly, professional manner. I want to say I never met anyone from illuminations before and I am a real human. If I could give 10 stars I would. Never in 55 years have I been treated so individually personalized. I booked what I thought I needed. Once Callie started she would softly say oh this is tight and work a little longer there or your ankles are swollen maybe this might help. Very knowledgeable, and I can't express how personalized to me. She didn't just do her job, she CARES!!!!! She brightened my mood and best of all, I walked out better than I walked in. I have copd and she had to sanitize her hands. She took out a towel to wipe off her hands so the smell wouldn't bother me. With no immune system and oxygen I have isolated for a couple of years so I was nervous something would set me off with asthma. Callie listened to me, showed me respect, changed little things that could bother my breathing and most of all made me feel confident I can return and looking forward to it. AA++. BEST SESSION EVER. The owner put detailed attention to the facility as well as hired top notch people to solidify a great standing for this business. We'll done. Somewhere along the way we lost customer service/satisfaction in many places. Not here. Up and beyond standards.

“I have been going to Flaherty for the past 4 months after a surgically repaired tendon in my hip. Elena is wonderful! She is knowledgeable, motivating and knows what muscle groups to focus on. She does great deep tissue massage. I went to another PT after surgery and they couldn't relieve my pain. After working with Elena, I became stronger and pain-free in my hip and back. She is now my personal trainer in Pilates. She is very motivating and knows exactly how far to push me. I've gone to other physical therapists for various sports injuries over the years. Flaherty and Elena are by far the best!“

As a person with super thick curly hair, I feel like I can’t take risks letting the wrong persons scissors touch my hair—at sereni I am always extremely confident and comfortable to just sit down and let them work their magic. I’ve only ever been cut by Tristan or Sue, but I’ve never seen a bad haircut at Sereni. Not to mention the products smell so gorgeous you feel like a new person when you leave. I’m so beyond happy with my most recent haircut. Can’t recommend them enough!!!
