“I just started taking my dog to Dr Clegg and Dr Tanner. I have nothing bad to say about them and their staff. They are fully attentive, friendly and follow up after you've left the office. I've received personal calls from each Doctor. They are currently treating my dog for an ongoing issue so we plan on visiting them soon!“
“This place has got it together. Nice Vets and Staff! They’ve had a change of staff over the last few years and it really makes a difference. They are wonderful, very organized people, and really care for the animals.“
“Hands down a great place to bring your pet. Very clean and organized establishment and the staff are always polite.“
“Dr Crowely is a compassionate and intelligent vet. She took wonderful care of our Dog for many years. Highy recommend BANHC“
“We had a great experience at good dog aquatics with our 14 year old pug. Luis and Mary were awesome to work with and answered any questions we had while also teaching us new techniques and excersises we can do at home and in our pool to maintain our boys range of mobility, strength and endurance as he ages. We are so happy we found good dog and plan on bringing him back again in the winter months to maintain his health the best way possible. Thank you again to Luis and Mary and we highly recommend you visit them too!“
“They treat every pet like they are family members. Been bringing our dog here consistently for a couple years at least and it is always great service and delivered with compassion.“
“Craig Cox and his staff are beyond awesome! Watching him do an exam on your dog is so reassuring! He feels every inch for lumps bumps etc. He rotates their legs paws etc checking for limitation or pain. Orders age appropriate labs and is not an alarmist but discusses approaches with you. When it was time for us to say goodbye to our 4 th fur baby he was very supportive, accommodating and kind. I love that my dogs always saw the same vet who knew them well.we will Always be grateful to him and the BEST vet assistant ever Maria“
“Everyone has worked so hard to make the experience my rescue Chihuahuas go thru the best it can be. 2 years from growling and trying to bite to a easy visit with the help of a little calming medicine with all the Ladies that love them. Chico says ok if you must and Vera says rub my belly please. Pics below waiting to get our nails trimmed -- not scared to death thinking they were back at the shelter in Texas. We wouldn't go anywhere else !!“
“The absolute best! Everyone is so kind and caring, I wouldn't want to bring my pet anywhere else!“
“We had gone to bay state animal clinic for almost 11 years. They always gave such great care to our American bulldog and made her feel so special and loved. Over the past 2.5 years she battled Cushings disease and they were so great with helping us navigate that. When we had to finally say goodbye, they were exceptionally tender, kind, and empathetic. I’m so grateful for how they helped make those last moments so peaceful, calm, and full of love.“
“Dr Wilson has been our Vet for 20 years now and we can’t say enough good things about his practice. He and his very caring Team are not only experts in their field but they are professional, kind, supportive and compassionate. They are great and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top notch and loving Veterinarian!“
“Both of our dogs come here, and the whole office couldn’t be sweeter, they know their stuff, prices are more than fair. I can’t imagine taking our dogs anywhere else!“
“Dr. Parrott is amazing!! He came to my Family Farm to evaluate my 30+-year-old horse, Prince, to give me a second opinion on whether he was suffering and whether I should be humanely euthanized. Having my horse sleep would have been one of the hardest things I have ever faced. My animals are genuinely part of my family, and I love them with my whole heart and soul!! He is your me that even though Prince does have an extremely severe heart murmur, he was not suffering, was not in the way, and was living a delighted life!!! That's all I wanted and needed to hear! I called my regular vet, who is scheduled to come to my home in two days to euthanize my poor boy, and canceled the house car. Four 1/2 years later, Prince is still doing well and in much less pain (thanks to Dr. Parrot.“
“We have been using Bulger Veterinary Hospital for many years. We have 3 German Shepherds, a cat and a hamster. Doctors are great, they don't run testing that are unnecessary and really care for the well-being of our fur babies. I would recommend them without hesitation ~“
“Went to two other vets recently, and I wasn't impressed. Luckily, Putnam helped my little guy fully, and I'm very thankful : ) Only request is to be a little quieter bc pets are scared, other than that, I would go back for sure. : )“
“Kind and compassionate vet!
Timely appointments, I’m able to call and make an appointment in a timely manner. My pets are very well treated here.“
“The care provided by this Bradford Animal Hospital is truly exceptional. Dr. Maxmen is highly skilled, knowledgeable, and deeply compassionate. He always takes the time to thoroughly explain each aspect of care and treatment, ensuring that all questions are thoughtfully answered. Because of Dr. Maxmen's expertise and the extraordinary specialists they choose to collaborate with, I truly believe they saved my dog Maggie's life. The entire staff, from the front desk to the technicians, is attentive, friendly, and clearly dedicated to ensuring both pets and their owners feel comfortable and supported. They put my very nervous little girl at ease, which speaks volumes! Their professionalism is evident in every interaction, and they go above and beyond to provide personalized, attentive care. This practice has consistently delivered outstanding service, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking the best for their pets.
Thank you all so very much for taking such good care of my little Maggie and making her feel so comfortable...I sometimes worry that she won't want to leave when I come to pick her up!“
“To start off with I have to say the doctors, vet techs, and door greeters are great. There is a lot of staff and a few I assume are administrative. The new office is very attractive. After reading some of the reviews I can see that some of the cons are unfair because in any practice of medicine there are protocols and to make a diagnosis you do need to perform test to rule out other probable causes and many people do not understand that. I brought my dog to the clinic and was satisfied with the care. I came only because it wasn't corporate, and the Middlesex Animal Hospital closed, and its great DMV referred me. I do believe the care is superior to corporate care BUT the costs are extremely high, but I guess if you want high end service you must pay high end prices. If you are a senior and on a fixed income this is not the place for you. To sum it up, docs, techs and door greeters are very friendly and caring. If you are on social security and a fixed income this place is not for you. I was lucky enough to return to my original vet because he reopened his practice, and he has an exceptional reputation around my area and pricing for those financially constrained is affordable.“
“Vet was really caring and prices were super cheap. Visit was only $40 but your first visit is free. So glad I found this place.“
“I like the way they care and call me every other day to see how my poncho is doing considering I. Just found out he has heart failure.“
“Dr. Friedman is very good at explaining and he always calls to follow up and make sure my dog is doing better. I feel like he really cares about the animals and does not suggest unnecessary tests. Everyone is very nice and caring.“
“My dog was bit pretty bad by a much bigger dog yesterday. I was on my way home from vacation, car was still packed. I thought he needed stitches, but wanted a vet just to verify that before I drove to Lawrence ( emergency animal hospital) it was noon time on a Saturday. My regular vet was closed, I called 5 other vets and no one would see him. I called SRH and explained the situation. I said I would pay just for their opinion. Not only did they see him, but they were able to treat his wound with 4 staples, sent me home with antibiotics and an anti inflammatory for him. The called our kennel for all the paperwork on his shots, they called animal control, etc. They did everything!! Might I add that I expected to pay a whole lot more! Such a reasonable price for exceptional care!! Highly recommend!! Thank You SRH!“

“Our dogs had an emergency after eating something and we needed to quickly have help from a vet in the area as we’re visiting. They took us quickly and helped both of our dogs who are great now!
Everyone we met was incredible nice and thoughtful with our questions for our dogs. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and if we lived here they would be our go to Vet. Thanks so much“
“All four of my cats were treated here over the years. The most caring, knowledgeable vets I have known, but quite willing to refer when necessary.“
