We live very close to this course, which makes it convenient, but unfortunately, it’s in need of some serious upkeep. My wife and I have played here a few times now, and overall, we haven’t been too impressed. One of the main issues was the behavior of some of the other golfers, who left trash around and gave the place a bit of a chaotic feel. It was also overly crowded, which took away from the experience.

On the positive side, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the carts were well-maintained. If it weren’t for the convenience of the location, we’d likely look for another option.

I've played this course many times over the years and it's definitely a challenging public course. There are three nine hole courses (Fox, Herron, and Hawk). I've only played Fox and Herron and the course rewards you for being in the fairway and first cut of rough. When you miss, you're in a lot of trouble as many holes are tree-lined and a few holes on Herron slope right into the woods so accuracy is critical here.

The greens are often multi-tiered and the best option is to be below the hole.

Such a well groomed course and great value ($49/walking on a Friday - 2024 rates).

Seeing some positive changes in the place this year so kudos there. Especially online booking of tee times.

But please for all that is holy screen the rocks out of all the bunkers. I know the goal is to not have bunker shots but when they do happen you can't take the shot in fear of ruining your clubs.
