I had my first appointment on September 20, 2021 after moving to North Andover and needing to switch vets. I found out about them through receiving a letter in the mail letting me know they were accepting new patients.I was able to call and schedule an appointment about one week out which was really nice considering it has been difficult with the increase in pet ownership lately. I was able to reach them easily when I called and was able to email my dog's old files to them with no problem.Upon arriving to the appointment, I found the staff welcoming and the facility was very clean. They are so wonderful here. I brought my dog in for an emergency visit on a Saturday afternoon. They scheduled him in for a procedure Wednesday, had a cancellation and took him Tuesday. They called multiple times to check on him and give us results.
