“We selected Custom Bath Remodeling to replace our 80's bathroom based on reviews, free upfront design and reasonable detailed estimate. A wide range of products are available for selection. The bulk of the full bath remodel took nine days. The daily process was very efficient and well run. Every evening we would receive a call from the office letting us know what time the team would be here in the morning. Though we typically had a different 2 man crew each day based on what needed to be done, the daily experience was consistent - friendly, polite, hard-working workers who showed up on time at 8 a.m. and worked until at least 5 p.m.. Floors and stairs were covered with tarps each morning and cleanup was done after each days work. There was some rework needed and a flickering LED bulb issue that extended the project completion date a few weeks. That nearly caused me to lower my rating, however, this company stands by their work until the client is fully satisfied. For flickering LED light bulbs, if the problem is not an incompatible dimmer switch or fixture, I highly recommend the LED light bulbs at flickeralliance.org. After the rework was completed, JP completed the job with meticulous final touch-up painting. Thanks to all who worked my renovation.
