The electrician came exactly when he said he would show up and was super polite and wearing a mask. But when I asked for a quote on checking the power outlets in my house he said it's $345 for ONE ROOM. I am not a home repairs expert but even I could tell this was a scam. When I pointed it out he knocked $100 off the price without pausing for breath. I paid the $85 visit fee and asked him to leave because this was bad faith pricing from the start.
