They were able to see us on the same day. We met with Seng Lam to go over the funeral service details. We didn't know anything about Chinese funeral customs but Mr. Lam was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Tiffany was wonderful. I found her to be kind, thoughtful and patient with me and my family from start to finish. Tiffany was soft spoken and had a soothing voice. She was knowledgeable, offered suggestions and provided valuable guidance throughout the process. She was not pushy. Tiffany provided me with the information I needed to make my own decisions. Most importantly, Wing Fook Funeral Home had a thorough knowledge of the Chinese funeral customs and was prepared and able to accommodate various religious protocol.
