I work at a special needs school down the street. I walked into this store, basically, feeling hopeless, because I had just purchased a plan for one of my students using my own debit card. That was at Boost Mobile. My student had a check in her pocket, so I thought, no worries, she can pay me back. Without checking, the woman at Boost swiped my card only to say it was locked and my student and I could not get it unlocked. Without it unlocked, they could not connect her phone to the plan I had just purchased. She told me to go to Metro because my student's previous plan was from them. She said, they MIGHT be able to unlock it. Well, I got a hand wave by the owner of that store, saying, go we aren't open yet. 1 minute until they open. It was a godsend, because right next door was Willy Wireless. Massiel greeted me with a smile and made me instantly feel at ease. Now, mind you, my student is autistic and about to lose it because this phone plan was a reward for her great work lately, and it turned into a horror show. Massiel worked so hard to get the phone unlocked and literally saved the day. For everyone wondering if they should stop by Willy's, it's a no brainer. They are fantastic people that actually care about their customers, not just making a buck. If there were more caring people like Massiel, the world would be a much better place. The are awesome with An affordable prices I had my bottom of my phone froze for some reason but now it’s nice and all good I’m happy bc of that I and I knw y’all knw whre to get y’all thing fixed now !!
