Stephen at the Pru Warby Parker is truly helpful and went above and beyond to help me replace a damaged lens. He was knowledgable, efficient and helped me get the most reasonable solution available.
LUIS was the absolute best in both selecting the best frames for me to try on and helping me choose amongst the top contenders, since the price was so affordable and I received a 15 percent discount for two or more pairs and I couldn't decide which frames to get, I ended up with 3 pairs!!!
I highly recommend this location as it's a warm and open space. The customer service is extraordinary. Luis helped me find the right frame for my prescription and my face. He's very knowledgeable about glasses and the right fit! I appreciate the 30 day guarantee so it makes the purchase worry free.
