Upham's Corner Health Center is a community health center that provides great and amazing care. The physicians are great, understanding, and quick to explain issues. Many find the people nice, friendly, helpful, and fantastic. Patients report satisfaction with the medical care and doctor visits. However, customer service experiences vary. Some note the front desk and past customer service could be friendlier, while others are satisfied with the receptionist. Urgent care refusals during regular hours have been reported.
