I gave birth a few weeks ago and I have been trying to find a way to leave a review, I wanted to make sure that the wonder nurses that took care of me get the recognition that they deserve. I had such an amazing experience and it was thanks to my nurses Ester and Rose. Where do I even start - Ester was so kind to me from the moment she stepped in the room, she took care of me, really empowered me. She was kind, fun! And went above and beyond to make me feel confortable. Rose came in for the morning shift and she ended up delivering my baby. She made me feel so empowered, she was attentive, kind, respectful, we had a lot of fun. Giving birth is such a vulnerable experience and both nurses truly made my experience. I was so nervous since it was my first child and I was freaking out when it was time to push but Rose gave me the greatest pep talk and we were ready to go! Not sure if they will see this but I want to thank them once again for making my first birth a positive experience! - Fedora
I recently went to Tufts Medical OB/GYN and saw Dr. Sun. I was able to make a new appointment as a new patient in less than one week which was phenomenal for me. The customer service on the phone was fantastic. Dr. Sun was extremely knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable and safe my entire visit, and most importantly listened to any and all concerns that I had. Both Dr. Sun and the medical student, Andrew, asked me more insightful questions then I have ever been asked by a OB/GYN in the past. They truly wanted to hear my background, concerns, and reason for my visit. I am so beyond thankful and grateful that my voice was finally heard as a patient. I would highly recommend that any new patients who are trying to make an appointment with an OB/GYN goes to Tufts Medical. Thank you Tufts and Dr. Sun for everything!!!
It's hard to find reviews about the family planning department so I wanted to share my experience for people in my situation. My experience with Dr Roncari and the whole staff and medical students has been amazing. From my several follow up calls with questions, to my in office experience, everything was clear, comfortable, and they're very responsive, supportive and understanding. I'm not a regular at Tufts' system so I was worried at first but I would highly recommend them.
