    Pros: Decent prices, clean, nice people, front desk very nice Cons: No timeline or schedule laid out. It's been over 19 months since I went in to ask to get implants and I'm still waiting. Or so frustrated with not being able to get a rough schedule I texted my estimation of steps left and schedule to the doctor/intern. I asked to please correct or provide one in return. Never got one back. Had I known the time frame was going to be probably close to 2 years for completion and the terrible communication I would not have gone there. Medical staff told me I would only be billed for procedures in the plan they provided me. I asked that question several times over... read full review

    I would give 10 stars, they were incredible. Got there early,8:30 at the emergency clinic. Signed in and was taken in about 9:15. I had a broken tooth with almost nothing left of the tooth number 28. Didn't really expect them to pull it today but James The student and Dr. Rueben removed the tooth and was out of there by 11.

    This review is for my experiences about 18 months ago. At the time I didn't have insurance and used Tufts as a cheaper alternative than a private dentist. I've had a few visits there and it's a 50/50 chance on who you get and how professional they'll be. Some of the students were great, others should drop out. My worst experience there started with a broken tooth. I broke a molar, and after a week of pain made an appointment for an extraction. At this time I was in severe pain and it was infected.
