I have worked with Dan at Transcend for two mortgages now and have had a great experience all the way through closing. One was a refinance of my primary residence and the other was a refinance of an investment property. Both mortgages went through smoothly and I will definitely use Transcend again.

Great communication and professional. She speaks fluent Vietnamese, so she was able to communicate with my Parents during their sale of the house as well when I recommended her to them.
