I'm one of a growing number of people experiencing issues with the motherboard from a hp pavilion x360 laptop which is less than 2 years old. I brought it to TECH COMPUTER IN SOUTH BOSTON. They're extremely knowledgeable and have been seeing this exact problem more and more. They tried everything to try and fix my laptop. Knowing I was on a fixed income from SSI and spending close to $675.00 for a laptop is a huge portion of my monthly income, then to have it last just a little over a year of purchase was devastating. This company is slow and unprofessional. I brought my laptop in on a Monday - it has water damage. I have not gotten an update and it is now Friday. I have called and texted and have received either no response at times, the run around, or have been lied to. I walked in one time and the owner did not know where my property was. Do nothing waste your time or money here. They are rude and unreliable.
