I just did Stacey’s 30 day nutritional challenge & I feel awesome. I was not in it to lose weight as much as to reset my clock & get back on track with sleeping, eating and working out. I don’t use the scale but will say, from those considerations…I feel lighter. She is motivating, talented and full of good resources & ridiculously good information. She has been for years.
