Anne listened to my concerns, but I could also tell she was listening to my tissue and responding in the moment. This is not a cookie cutter treatment! Her work was specific and on target, and her depth was AMAZING. Very connected, and I felt restrictions in all layers of my muscle tissue release throughout the treatment. Now yesterday, because it was four of us we staggered our services. 2 massages only. 1 facial only and 1 day spa package (1 hour massage and 1 hour facial) . All of us enjoyed our sessions. We felt like our service providers were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. And Sway was extra sweet in giving us complimentary sparkling cider as we celebrated our friend who is getting married. “Came here for a facial a couple months ago. I was upsold the nano facial, which I'm glad I did because my skin looked really good after. My esthetician, Gem, was super sweet and really knew her stuff. I felt comfortable with the price because I was given a new client special, but I'm not sure I would pay full price given the neck was not treated and there was minimal massage. I understand this is a faster kind of in and out service but the neck is important too. I think it might be worth it to do the monthly membership because it's a better deal but I'm not a huge fan of being on autopay with a place and not sure I would go there and pay full price. If time is your issue and you want something quick this might be the place for you as the place is nice and clean, the service is good for what it is, and the products have good results.“
