I was actually so scared for my visit based on the previous reviews. I have anxiety with doctor’s offices regardless. However, I had an AMAZING experience. Everyone I encountered was so nice! The front desk staff, the assistant who took me back and took my vitals, my Dr, Dr Scott, and the person who took my blood. I could even hear some other workers making calls, etc. and they were very kind and patient from what I could hear as well. I was one of the last patients of the day and the lab even very kindly took my blood after 5pm. I’m honestly not sure where the bad reviews came from or maybe I got lucky I’m not sure but I personally would recommend this office.
CNA/PCA is very loud when communicating to the NP and asked me why I came to the appointment rather than explain that the results won’t read and told the practicioner I would rather be in bed then proceeded to speak in a different language. Furthermore, I waited 25 minutes for a flu shot…and told the staff I would rather go to CVS if the nurses are busy. Nurse said she would be right out I waited an additional 10 and walked out. CVS was much quicker and professional. altogether unprofessional especially coming from healthcare background.

There is almost nothing patient-centric about this practice and I would avoid at all costs. The only reason I’ve stayed this long is the long wait lists at other decent medical practices. I’m glad to say...read full review
