Polish n Refine is an outstanding West Roxbury business! I am always pleased with their work cleaning up my worn out nails. I simply go for a no-polish mani-pedi. The repeat business I see coming to the salon tells me that people like the polish work that the staff do, too. Give this reasonably priced nail salon your business! I was in search of a salon to do my nails for my wedding. Before I even mentioned it was a wedding trial, the techs were incredibly attentive in helping me select the perfect color. After several trial-and-error colors, I chose a sheer pink. Two techs worked together to help me figure out the perfect amount of coats to use to get the polish opaque without looking thick. Something I really appreciate is that absolutely no one brought attention to the fact that I picked off my previous gel manicure or that my cuticles were messy and picked at. What a find! I had a regular mani-pedi. The nail technician, Rachel, was ready for me. She is a true artist, carefully applying the polish after giving me a foot, leg, and hand massage, and trimming cuticles. etc. The salon is really clean, and the salon technicians are very aware of sanitary practices. There was a hugh choice of polish colors. I LOVED the extra touches, like giving me a pair of disposable flip flops so I wouldn't damage the polish by putting my own shoes back on, doing the pedicure before the manicure...and then asking if I wanted to pay after preparing my nails but before the polish was applied (I've been to other places where that hasn't been an option...read full review
