I went to Phil's after a bad curly cut from someone I have been going to for over a year . Maureen not only fixed my curly cut but gave me a beautiful cut! It was Just what I wanted and she listens to you and tells you what she is doing . Don't expect frills like you are on Newbury street but you get a good cut for a great price ! Thank you Maureen!
Phil gave me a FABULOUS haircut while I was transitioning to silver/grey. She was creative and thoughtful and I have always loved going to Phil's. Everyone is friendly and kind. It's a super little gem of a hair salon!
I had a hard time finding someone to do my hair the way I liked it when i moved here two years ago, until Phil. She does exactly what you ask for and I swear my hair is healthier and growing in better than ever before. She’s great to talk to as well and makes sure to really engage with her clients. I’ve moved away from Brighton, but Phil makes it worth the commute back.
